 Orders will be processed after payment has been received. 
 Remember  When is not responsible for orders that customers submit with
misspelling or missing personalization information. 
Orders will be processed exactly how they are entered and will not be refundable.

 In Toronto and surrounding areas, allow 1 to 2 weeks for order to be completed.
Orders can be picked up or delivered.
 Allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery in other areas of Canada.
Remember When is not responsible for incorrect address information
provided by the customer.
Packages returned to us will be reshipped and the additional shipping charge
 will be added to the original invoice charge.

Once the order has been shipped we cannot be held responsible
for delayed/lost/or damages of the order during shipment.
